Last Indian Raid Museum

Step back in time, and experience the world of our ancestors when they settled out west! You will enjoy the interactive exhibits and authentic artifacts from this era. In addition to displays you will be amazed when you enter the 15 different original buildings located on the grounds of the Last Indian Raid Museum. Take a spin around the dance floor at Bohemian Hall, the original dance hall. When you enter the dentist and doctor’s office you will be thankful of all modern improvements we take for granted in the medical field. Pretend you are a pioneer and walking into the original land office to stake your claim during the land-rush! And for anyone who wants to ‘buck-the-system’ a word of caution or you might find your way to the county's original jail house.  All of the highlights at the Last Indian Raid Museum are too much to include in just one website, you will have to see for yourself. A sneak peek at some other must see spots at the museum:

  • General Store
  • Barber shop
  • 100 plus year old church
  • Quilt collection
  • Gift shop – gifts only found in Oberlin
